CANCELLATIONS WITH 24+ HOURS NOTICE
When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated. I ask for at least 24 hours notice to prevent being charged the cost of a cancellation fee.
Cancelling or rescheduling with 24+ hours notice is easy, and can be done at any time through my online booking app.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS
When cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice there will be a cancellation fee which amounts to 50% of the total appointment costs. This applies when cancelling a portion of the scheduled appointments. I definitely don't want anyone to ever have to pay this fee, so I do ask that each client gives as much notice as possible.
15+ MINUTES LATE
To be able to accommodate my proceeding client's time, I may need to reschedule a service if any client arrives more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment.
If multiple appointments are scheduled, it may be possible for me to complete a portion of the scheduled services. Any remaining will be scheduled for a later date.
"No-shows" happen when a client books an appointment and doesn't contact a stylist to let them know that they are unable to make it to the appointment. This results in a "no-show" fee, which is 50% of your scheduled appointment costs. More than one "no-show" results in not being able to reschedule an appointment.
ADJUSTMENTS / RE-DO'S
Although it is rare, there may be a chance that you may not feel 100% about your cut or color. In the event that there is an issue with your service I offer free adjustments to correct whatever it is to make sure you're in love with your hair.
All adjustments / re-dos must be scheduled within 10 days of your original service. Please do not attempt to fix your hair yourself.
Note: Change of mind is not considered an issue, and blonding may take multiple sessions to maintain hair integrity.
